3D visualisation & simulation solutions for planning and development

The Realsim solution enables users to build and simulate any real or conceptual world environment on a desktop PC or laptop assembled from aerial and ground survey data and CAD models, textured with detailed ground photography.  In this virtually built environment, users can view and `fly’ anywhere in the simulation in real-time experiencing many interactive scenarios. 

These scenarios include changing the sun position and lighting, shadow analysis, view point analysis, and a range of ‘what-if’ simulations, such as dynamically swapping 3D models to show design variations.

The Simurban software suite is built on a state of the art, high performance rendering engine based on Microsoft® DirectX® technology currently used to generate special effects in high end video games and Hollywood movies. Simmersion has specifically adapted this technology to create a visualisation tool that enables both skilled professionals and casual users to visualise real landscapes and proposed design concepts with their impact on the existing urban landscape and environment.
